Heng Alan Chen, Esq.

 

Located on Main Street, Flushing, the Law Office of Heng A. Chen, PLLC was founded by Heng Alan Chen in 2009. Knowing that many of his clients are dealing with real-estate transactions for the first time, Attorney Chen not only represents his clients, but also helps them fully understand the terms of their contracts. With years of experience as well as being fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and the Fuzhou dialect, he is especially well-equipped to provide legal services to new immigrants as well as current citizens, coming from a humble immigrant family himself.

 

Graduating from the CUNY School of Law with honors, Attorney Chen then went on to secure licenses to practice law in New York State, Connecticut, and the United States Court of International Trade. Attorney Chen has legal experience regarding real-estate transactions, business transactions, loan settlement and closing.
